On Friday P6&7 worked together in small groups to solve many numeracy problems using Izak 9.
These numeracy problems enabled the children to work together as a group, communicate mathematically and explain their reasoning. Not only this, they were all engaged in each activity and it showed as each activity was completed their confidence grew along with their willingness to try out different methods of approach.
